16. Rune Box System

Rune Boxes are reward boxes that can be opened using Dagaz (Stamina) in MU MAX Age.

When a Rune Box is opened, all item-type rewards are automatically sent to the Gremory Case, while Zen-type rewards are added directly to the character.

Rune Boxes are categorized by the zone in which they are obtained. For example, monsters in Devias may drop Devias Rune Boxes, which are further divided into three tiers — Lower, Medium, and Greater — each offering different reward ranges.

Opening a Rune Box​

Players can open a Rune Box from the Inventory by following these steps:

  • Right-click the Rune Box in the inventory

  • Select the quantity of Rune Boxes to open

  • Up to 100 boxes can be opened per action

  • The required Dagaz cost will be displayed and deducted automatically based on the selected quantity
